Welcome to 2025, and judging early season’s activities it promises to be a good VFC rugby year.
We have put a great squad together, and with most of last year’s team remaining, it looks very promising. All our coaches and committee are hard at work, and the “gees” is strong. We have entered 4 senior and 2 under-20 teams.
UXI will again be running the Under-20’s and the 3rd team. This worked well last year, and we are looking forward to many years of this partnership.
We are continuously upgrading our facilities to make it an enjoyable experience for everyone. Our in-house restaurant, Dias Tavern, has new owners, and reviews have been excellent. The children’s play area has been revamped, and families can enjoy the visit to the club.
We have secured space for our rugby club house, and players will be able to “talk rugby” in the near future.
Preseason friendlies have been arranged at Brookside.

8th March – Helderberg
15th March – Durbell
29th March – Annual Hamiltons derby away.
